Ron got over his jealousy, the school eventually got behind Harry as a Champion, and good still triumphed over evil. Sure, there were some tough parts earlier on, and while it's true that some darkness crept into the ending of the previous installment, for the most part, that was a pretty happy book compared to this. Up until it, Harry’s story had been filled with light. This book has always been my favorite in the series.
